Atomica is building the digital operating system for dentistry — powered by AI and used by dentists in 80+ countries. We’re seeking a social-savvy marketer who can transform complex dental workflows into engaging content that captures attention, fosters trust, and drives adoption.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Atomica’s social presence: Create and manage daily content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Create short-form video & posts: Turn clinical workflows, case studies, and product updates into reels, carousels, and snackable content.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing: Package social content into paid campaigns and work with growth marketers to amplify reach.
  • Work with KOLs & clinicians: Source stories, film quick case highlights, and spotlight dentists using Atomica successfully.
  • Build campaigns that drive adoption: Partner with growth and creative teams to launch content that fuels demos, education, and signups.
  • Support events & CE launches: Repurpose event content into clips, recaps, and shareable digital assets.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in social media marketing, ideally in healthcare or dental
  • Proven ability to grow brand presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills — from one-liner captions to carousel sequences
  • Experience with short-form video (shooting/editing with CapCut, Canva, Premiere, etc.)
  • Interest in digital dentistry and willingness to learn workflows and clinical terminology
  • Collaborative mindset — comfortable working across growth, product, and creative
