Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach the sales team to achieve targets.

• Communicate goals and feedback between management and team.

• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching.

• Identify new business opportunities and develop market strategies.

Requirements:

• BSc in Pharmacy.

• 2-3 years in medical sales with at least 1 year in a supervisory/managerial role (Derma/Nutrition specialties are preferred)

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• High analytical thinking and decision-making ability.

• Having a car is a must.

• Flexible to travel as needed.
