As a pivotal member of our client’s team, you will help build and streamline People & Culture operations, ensuring the seamless integration and success of both permanent staff and freelance collaborators.


Role Description

We’re looking for an HR & Operations Executive to join our client’s team. If you’re a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in creative, fast-paced environments, this could be the opportunity for you. You’ll play a crucial role in onboarding, internal communications, and operational support, ensuring the team has the tools and structure they need to thrive from day one. This position offers significant personal and professional growth within a collaborative and dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Offboarding Coordination – Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for freelancers and staff, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Systems & Account Management – Manage email accounts and team tools, including timely activation and deactivation of user access.
  • Proposal & Documentation Support – Assist in the creation of decks, proposals, and internal documents, particularly in support of senior leadership.
  • Team Availability & Records Management – Maintain accurate documentation of team availability, contracts, and key HR records.
  • People & Culture Operations – Support day-to-day HR activities and help improve team systems and processes for better efficiency.


Minimum Qualifications

  • HR Administration Experience – Proven experience in People & Culture, HR operations, or administration roles.
  • Technical Proficiency – Strong command of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and collaboration tools such as Slack and Asana.
  • Detail-Oriented Organisation – Excellent administrative, organisational, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills – Effective written and verbal communication, with discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Process Management – Demonstrated ability to manage structured processes like onboarding, access control, and internal documentation.


Bonus Qualifications

  • Industry Background – Experience in events, entertainment, or creative industries.
  • Tech Savviness – Familiarity with SaaS tools and account permissions management.
  • Design Skills – Basic proficiency in tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for decks and proposals.
