The Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and be the first line of support for our users. You will help customers succeed with Alostaz by answering their questions, resolving issues, and ensuring they get the most out of our platform. This role is fully remote.


Key Responsibilities


Provide timely and professional support to customers via chat, email, and phone.


Assist customers in setting up and navigating the software.


Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases to the product/tech team when needed.


Gather customer feedback to help improve the product and user experience.


Create help articles, FAQs, and best practices for users.



Requirements


🎓 Degree in Accounting (required).


💻 2–5 years of experience working with accounting software or ERP systems.


Strong communication skills in Arabic (native).


Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy.


Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
