Job Description

  • Coordinate and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and internal departments to facilitate smooth order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and maintain sales documentation, reports, and records for management review.
  • Assist in tracking order status, delivery schedules, and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide support regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotations and proposals.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with logistics to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to clients.

Job Requirements
