Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Marketing Director to join our team. In this key role, you will support the Executive Marketing Director in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies specifically tailored to real estate services and community management of a large portfolio of Residential Communities across the UAE.

You will oversee marketing campaigns and manage day-to-day operations, to enhance our brand's presence and drive growth within the real estate industry. Reporting to the Executive Marketing Director, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve strategic business objectives, both internal stakeholders and external entities.


Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels, including corporate marketing activities as part of the Asteco brand.

Marketing Operations:

  • Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, print, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Oversee the strategy and implementation of Community Events and Activations
  • Lead an integrated marketing team of 6

Budget Management:

  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  • Monitor expenditures and ROI to maximize the effectiveness of marketing investments.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with Internal stakeholders, such as Community Management teams as well external stakeholders and clients to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on key performance metrics and marketing KPIs.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on marketing initiatives and performance.

Innovation and Trends:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Propose and implement new marketing approaches to keep the company ahead of the competition.


Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master’s preferred


Experience and Skills:

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership/director role.
