Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities on the assigned production line to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the availability and proper functioning of production equipment and machinery.
• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflow and identify bottlenecks in the production line.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and productivity.
• Train and mentor production line staff on best practices, safety guidelines, and efficient use of equipment.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to monitor product quality and implement quality control measures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Textile Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in merchandising or planning within the textile or garment industry.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and production planning processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
