Role Description
This is a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist role at 4Level1 in Qesm El Maadi. The specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, employer branding, conducting interviews, and hiring talented individuals to join the team.

· Job Description:
· Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, & job offering for construction & project-based roles locally & overseas.
· Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and analytics to track operational hiring metrics & support decision-making.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly across all locations.
· Continuously improve recruitment practices to enhance candidate quality and time-to-fill.
· Ensure compliance with company policies & requirements throughout the hiring process locally and overseas.
· Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives tailored to diverse talent pools.
· Job Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker.
- 2 years minimum experience in talent acquisition.
- Solid communication skills.
- Solid recruitment knowledge, interview techniques and language evaluation techniques (CEFR)
