• Research and development
• Direct Junior Technical Architects
• Responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of the project, ensuring design integrity, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to manage and execute complex initiatives.
• Provide leadership in reviewing architectural designs, drawings, and construction documents to ensure they meet technical and aesthetic standards.
• Ensure project specifications safety standards, and deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients, maintaining clear and continuous communication on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
• Ensure the quality of architectural work, conducting site inspections to verify compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory codes.
• Assist with budget reviews and track project milestones to maintain cost-effective project delivery within established timelines.
