Job Title: Sales Executive – Outsourcing Services
Location: Egypt (with focus on Egypt & GCC markets)

Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our startup team. The role involves generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across Egypt and the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients in Egypt and the Gulf region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in potential client companies.
- Present and promote the company’s outsourcing services to meet client needs.
- Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and client feedback to optimize sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and reports.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and meetings when needed.
- Ensure long-term partnerships through excellent account management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B services or outsourcing industry.
- Strong network and knowledge of the Egyptian and GCC markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet ambitious sales targets.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken & written).
- Willingness to travel across Egypt and the Gulf when required.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability to work in a startup environment.
