About the Job:
As our Quality Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our commitment to excellence. Your role is a proactive process of establishing the standards and procedures that ensure our products meet specific quality requirements. This includes creating the guidelines for every stage of production, from sourcing materials to final inspections, with the primary goal of preventing defects and maintaining consistency. By focusing on process improvements and ensuring compliance with industry standards, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction, minimizing production errors.

- Establishing Quality Standards
- Creating & Implementing Testing Procedures
- Conducting Inspections & Tests
- Identifying & Documenting Defects
- Root Cause Analysis & Process Improvement
- Ensuring Compliance with Industry Standards
- Collaborating with Different Teams
- Supplier & Vendor Quality Management
- Documentation & Reporting
Qualifications:
1.Education: Bachelor's degree in food science, Animal Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
2.Experience: A passion for quality and a proactive mindset is most important. Some exposure to a manufacturing or lab environment through internships, academic projects, or previous roles is a plus. We are open to considering motivated fresh graduates.
3.Technical Skills:
- Foundational knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Familiarity with quality management systems like HACCP and ISO 9001.
- Relevant certifications are not required but are considered a bonus.
4.Key Skills:
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: The ability to approach challenges logically, identify the root cause of issues, and contribute to effective solutions.
- Attention to Detail
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Organizational Skills: The ability to manage your tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) and the ability to hold effective business conversations are a must
- Excellent at using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
