Role Description
We’re looking for a Cold Email Manager to join our client’s team. If you're a proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a fully remote, fast-paced environment, this could be the opportunity for you. You’ll play a crucial role in writing email copy, sourcing leads, and implementing best practices to optimize cold email deliverability. Key Responsibilities
- Managing Cold Email Campaigns – Oversee the execution of cold email outreach from start to finish, ensuring campaigns meet performance targets.
- Writing Copy – Create compelling and effective email copy for outreach to ensure high response rates and engagement.
- Sourcing Leads – Identify and gather leads that match the target audience, ensuring they align with campaign goals.
- Client Communication – Engage with the client regularly to discuss questions, results, and adjustments to campaigns.
- Deliverability Best Practices – Implement industry best practices to optimize cold email deliverability and ensure high inbox placement rates.
- Hyper-Personalization – Use platforms like Clay and N8N to customize email outreach at scale and increase engagement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience with Cold Email Outreach – Proven track record of managing cold email campaigns, with a focus on high deliverability and engagement.
- Email Campaign Tools – Experience with tools like Instantly, Apollo, and Clay. Familiarity with N8N is a plus.
- Strong Copywriting Skills – Ability to write personalized, compelling email copy tailored to different target audiences.
- CRM Growth Knowledge – Understanding of CRM growth strategies and how cold emails contribute to broader business objectives.
- Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication, with an ability to explain complex results in simple terms to clients.
Bonus Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge of Email Automation – Familiarity with email automation tools like N8N, or similar platforms for creating workflows and automating campaigns.
- Experience in Remote Work – Experience working in a fully remote team with minimal supervision.
