Job Description: Senior Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: New Cairo

Position Type: Full-Time, On Site 10-6 two days off


Position Summary

The Senior Real Estate Sales Executive is a proven performer responsible for generating new business, cultivating a powerful network, and closing high-value real estate transactions. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client consultation to negotiation and closing. This role is for a strategic "hunter" with an established book of business and a verifiable track record of success who is ready to take their career to the next level with a top-tier brokerage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Aggressively generate new leads through networking, open houses, referrals, cold calling, digital marketing, and leveraging your existing professional network.
  • Client Representation: Expertly represent buyers and sellers throughout the entire real estate transaction process, providing exceptional service and strategic advice.
  • Market Analysis & Pricing: Perform comprehensive Comparative Market Analysis (CMAs) to price properties competitively and advise clients on market conditions.
  • Marketing & Listings: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for property listings, including professional photography, digital advertising, social media campaigns, and traditional marketing methods.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate purchase agreements, counter-offers, and other contract terms on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcome.
  • Transaction Management: Diligly manage all aspects of the transaction process, coordinating with escrow officers, lenders, home inspectors, appraisers, and attorneys to ensure a smooth close.
  • Industry Expertise: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, trends, ordinances, and best practices.
  • Mentorship: (Optional) Provide guidance and share proven strategies with newer agents to contribute to the overall success of the office.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • A valid [State] Real Estate Salesperson license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a successful, full-time real estate agent with a proven track record of closed transactions.
  • Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding annual sales volume goals (e.g., $X million+ in annual closed sales volume).
  • Expert-level knowledge of the local real estate market and the transaction process from contract to close.
  • Mastery of contract negotiation and client representation.
  • Proficiency with real estate CRM platforms (e.g., Follow Up Boss, LionDesk), MLS systems, and social media for business development.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with a strong sense of urgency.
