Job Description

 

  • Monitor and respond promptly to customer messages on social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
  •  Answer customer inquiries about services, prices, and offers in a professional manner.
  • Handle phone calls and follow up with clients when needed.
  •  Book and manage client appointments and cancellations through the salon’s booking system.
  •  Coordinate with the beauty team to ensure appointment accuracy and availability.
  •  Maintain a friendly, welcoming, and professional communication style with all clients.
  •  Keep records of client inquiries, feedback, and appointment schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the CRM system.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or social media monitoring role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working onsite in New Cairo, First Settlement.
  • Knowledge of beauty/esthetic services is a plus.
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, and social media platforms).
  • Working hours is everyday from 11 am to 8pm except a Day (Friday is working day)
  • AGE requirement: 21-30years old
