We're Hiring Tendering and Bidding Engineer.

Finishing and fitting-out Tendring experience is a 𝐌𝐔𝐒𝐓

𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Lead the preparation of tenders and pricing, including detailed price analysis for all items (finishing, fitting-out, and FF&E projects).

- Prepare, review, and compile all tender documents, pre-qualification documents, and technical submissions.

- Analyze design packages, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy in quantity take-offs and cost estimation.

- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and procurement teams to obtain competitive quotations for finishing and FF&E items.

- Oversee and guide the tender team, ensuring all submissions are delivered on time with the highest quality standards.

- Prepare comparison sheets and provide recommendations to management.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or related field).

- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in tendering, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.

- Proven expertise in finishing, and fitting-out (mandatory).

- Strong background in cost analysis, pricing, and technical specifications.

- Hospitality, retail, or high-end finishing project experience is highly preferred.
