Objective of the role:
Provide world class service levels to our female clients to ensure they reach their health and
physique goals.
Responsibilities:
⁃ Responds and implements any changes requested by our female clients in their meal and
workout plans within 24 hours.
⁃ Conducts “under the scope” week with every new female client (close monitoring on the
client’s implementation of his/her plans)
⁃ Reminds each female client of the weekly check-in.
⁃ View the results of each female client weekly and discuss them with head coach.
⁃ Implements any changes needed to improve clients’ results based on weekly
check in results and instructions from head coach. Then, feedback with all
changes need to be provided to the client.
⁃ Updates daily client sheet reflecting client information, goals and history.
⁃ Notes down the actual start date of every client and set a renewal appointment in
the shared calendar to be viewed by the finance and sales teams.
⁃ Conducts monthly review video calls with Female clients to review the progress and
spark motivation and urge to renew.
⁃ Conduct renewal calls with Female clients with the aim of having them renew their
subscription.
⁃ Responds to customers and non-customers E-mails.
⁃ Provides technical customer support to members via the CMS software.
⁃ Provides physical and motivational coaching support to female members.
⁃ Follows up regularly (at least twice a week) with every client subject to client
type.
⁃ Attend trainings with head coach and complete a self- taken training program.
⁃ Conduct occasionally sales calls to bring new female clients and retain existing ones.
⁃ Train and orient new staff joining the company when and if needed.
⁃ Provide ad-hoc activities related to leads nurture if needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience of at leat 3 years in coaching Female clients online or on-floor with proven track record.
- Professional Certification from a reputable organization (E.g. Precision Nutiriton, NASM, ISSA, ACE)
- Read and understood The following books by Dr. Eric Helms: ( The Muscle and Strength Nutrition pyramid, The Muscle and Strength Training pyramid)
