Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management activities, from project planning to execution, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Implement and champion agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptive planning.
• Identify, evaluate, and proactively manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating transparent and effective communication through both written and verbal channels.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, aligning technical and business priorities to achieve desired outcomes.
• Utilize current project management tools (such as Jira, Asana, or Trello) to monitor progress, track dependencies, and report on milestones.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in agile project management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and digital collaboration tools.
• Strong risk assessment and mitigation skills in complex technical projects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on clarity and precision.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance competing interests.
• Track record of managing cross-functional, distributed teams in a remote work environment.
• Solid understanding of current technology trends and their impact on project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications
