Summary of the vacancies:

The position is focused on achieving individual sales objectives and meeting defined KPIs within established deadlines. Maintain and expand a client database, engage regularly with clients to foster relationships, and drive sales opportunities forward through effective follow-ups.

A key responsibility is to balance client needs with financial constraints, offering tailored alternatives when necessary. Additionally, the role involves submitting regular sales reports and working collaboratively to increase the client network, both directly and through brokers, ensuring consistent sales growth and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates must have:

- A bachelor's degree from a reputable university in a relevant field.

- Proven experience in the Sales functions- Real Estate field.

- Market Knowledge, networking, and attention to detail.

- Social skills and working cooperatively with the team members.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
