Purpose of the role:

• This position serves as the primary point of contact for Distributors, freight forwarders, & internal Kellanova stakeholders: IBP & Supply & Logistics in Turkey, Thailand and co-man.
• Lead & own the Supply Chain to Supply Chain relationships with the Distributor, with a focus on service (on time and in full)
• Own and follow up on export documentation issues resolution from sources.
• Track & process claims using root cause analysis to structurally improve current KPIs.
• Work with the sources of supply chain functions closely to remove any challenges impacting supply: orders supply availability, production plan improvement, swaps, and AVRs assessment.
• Closely work with the customer services team to ensure that there are no gaps in communication with all distributors.

A Taste of What You’ll be doing:

• Supply: Ensure that orders for the next 0-12 weeks are produced across factories and shipped to customers, maintaining the appropriate level of freshness.
• Logistics: Guarantee that Freight forwarders are updated and prepared for loading according to production plans, while optimizing costs.

Your Recipe for Success:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-4 years of Experience in Supply Chain planning (Logistics and Planning)
• Good Communication skills
• Data driven decision making
• Risk management & contingency planning
• Proficient English Language speaker
