We are thrilled to announce that we are recruiting for new roles as part of our extended partnership with one of our flagship pharmaceutical clients - now expanding into exciting new geographies including Egypt.

As a Senior Recruiter in our team, you will support client hiring managers to attract and recruit top talent to join their teams. You will deliver excellent recruitment services to our client in line with agreed service levels, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience. This role will work in conjunction with colleagues from teams such as Sourcing and Administration to meet SLAs and client expectations for talent. Senior Recruiters will be aligned to high touch client business units or stakeholder groups that require additional attention. This may be in the form of more rounds of interviews, more data/insight led consultation, more complex offer negotiation, intricate reward structures or interfacing with more senior hiring managers.
Key Accountabilities:
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading an end-to-end recruitment process.
- Facilitating the interview and selection process.
- Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with business leaders and senior stakeholders.
- Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities.
- Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations.
- Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated.
- Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.
- Undertaking market mapping projects.
Skills & Experience:
You’ll need to demonstrate:
- Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, working directly with Hiring Managers.
- Previous experience in recruiting for Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industry.
- Fluency in English and Arabic - both written and spoken.
- Fluency in French is preferred, but is not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates, clients and teammates.
- Strong customer focus and the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
- An analytical mind, attention to detail and practical approach.
- Previous international exposure to working with different geographies and cultures
- Capable of dealing with ambiguity and ever-changing priorities
