Job Description

• Prepare Technical and Financial Proposals.
• Review and draft project contracts (FIDIC).
• Preparation of Contract documents, amendments, and variations in accordance with approved company policy.
• Develop Tender Documents and Procedures such as: Instructions to Bidders, Technical and Financial Evaluation, Invitation Letters, Pre-Bid Meetings,...etc.
• Evaluation of Technical and Financial proposals by bidders.
• Review project time schedule and cash flow.
• Contact with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
• Attends meetings with Client Representative.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering
• Experience 1 to 5 years
• Fluent in English
• Good user of Primavera and/or MS Project and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,...etc)
• PRMG, PMP, CLAC is a plus.
• Demonstrating previous exposure to tendering and contracts and an understanding of basic contract language.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Details-oriented, initiative, and self-motivated.
• Possessing experience interacting with executive-level staff.
