📍 Location: Abbassia, Cairo
🕓 Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Cairo Time)

Job Description:

We are currently hiring experienced English Call Center Agents to join our team supporting a US-based insurance company. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with insurance inquiries, and provide professional support while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Fluent English (minimum B2 level) – American accent is a plus, but not required

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (offshore/English account preferred)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work night shifts

Must be based in or able to commute to Abbassia, Cairo

Salary & Benefits:

💰 Net Salary: EGP 15,000

🎯 KPI Bonus: Up to EGP 5,000

🚗 Transportation Allowance: EGP 200 per working day

📈 Salary Increase: Up to EGP 30,000 after 6 months based on performance
