Job Description

  • Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot company hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, resolving IT-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, applications, and security tools across all company devices.
  • Monitor system performance, identify potential problems, and implement proactive solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess technology needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, backup, and disaster recovery processes are in place and regularly tested.
  • Maintain documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and support activities for compliance and knowledge sharing.
  • Implement and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and best practices to safeguard company information.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and support of IT assets.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and drive innovation.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 year and up to 5 years of proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Experience with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Familiarity with cloud services, virtualization, and remote desktop solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Experience with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Willingness to work onsite and provide hands-on support as needed.
