 Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Advisor specializing in fresh sales, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Advisor will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying process, providing expert advice based on client needs and market conditions. Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, handling sales negotiations, maintaining client relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service. The advisor will also stay updated with market trends and new developments.

 Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills

Customer Service and Sales experience

Training capabilities and willingness to continually learn

Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Knowledge of the Cairo real estate market is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is advantageous
