Job Purpose
The Sales Director will lead the sales function of the company, driving revenue growth, building and managing high-performing sales teams, and developing strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets within the real estate sector. This role requires strong leadership, in-depth market knowledge, and proven experience in real estate sales management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall sales strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, brokers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Establish and oversee sales budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to design effective campaigns and promotional activities.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Implement sales processes, performance metrics, and incentive programs to maximize efficiency and results.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, regulations, and industry practices.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English
