Job Title: HR Total Rewards Specialist (Red Sea Governorate)
Overview
This position is primarily focused on payroll management, with additional responsibilities across compensation and benefits functions. The role requires handling a headcount of over 200 employees. The candidate must either be based in Hurghada or willing to relocate to the Red Sea Governorate.
Responsibilities
- Manage payroll sheets and systems.
- Restructure and optimize the company’s salary framework.
- Design and implement compensation and benefits strategies.
- Ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies.
- Support HR initiatives related to rewards, allowances, and benefits.
- Establish a comprehensive compensation and benefits system.
- Assist the HR Supervisor in developing the overall HR system.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll.
- Strong knowledge of various HR functions.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to relocate to the Red Sea Governorate (if not already a Hurghada resident).
