Job Title: HR Total Rewards Specialist (Red Sea Governorate)

Overview

This position is primarily focused on payroll management, with additional responsibilities across compensation and benefits functions. The role requires handling a headcount of over 200 employees. The candidate must either be based in Hurghada or willing to relocate to the Red Sea Governorate.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll sheets and systems.
• Restructure and optimize the company’s salary framework.
• Design and implement compensation and benefits strategies.
• Ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies.
• Support HR initiatives related to rewards, allowances, and benefits.
• Establish a comprehensive compensation and benefits system.
• Assist the HR Supervisor in developing the overall HR system.

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll.
• Strong knowledge of various HR functions.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to relocate to the Red Sea Governorate (if not already a Hurghada resident).
