Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Entry Specialist, located in Markaz Tanta. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering data into databases, maintaining records, and providing administrative support. Day-to-day tasks include efficiently handling data entry tasks, ensuring data integrity, assisting with customer service inquiries, and supporting various administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately inputting, verifying, and managing large volumes of diverse data from various sources relevant to Planning, Production, and Control operations.
• Utilizing advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, macros, conditional formatting, data validation, array formulas) to organize, analyze, and present complex datasets.
• Developing and maintaining sophisticated Excel models and templates for data tracking, reporting, and analysis for department-specific needs (e.g., production schedules, inventory levels, quality control metrics, sales forecasts).

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist, Data Analyst, or a similar role, with a strong focus on advanced Excel applications.
• Exceptional and demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a MUST, including extensive experience with complex formulas, nested functions, pivot tables, creating and editing macros (VBA is a strong plus), conditional formatting, and data validation tools.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for data improvement.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, BIS, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
