Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Resale Specialist located in New Cairo. The Resale Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties, providing market analysis, negotiating deals, and managing property listings. The specialist will also conduct property tours, build and maintain client relationships, and ensure all transactions are completed smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate transactions and client relations
• Ability to provide market analysis and insights
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in managing property listings
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of New Cairo real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work on-site and build client relationships
