Community Specialist will be responsible for managing our online communities and ensuring a positive and respectful environment across our social media platforms. Your role will involve monitoring interactions, responding to inquiries, and promoting our real estate listings and services effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) for comments, messages, and posts related to our brand.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, comments, and reviews, ensuring a positive user experience.
  • Engage with followers and encourage conversation about our listings, services, and the real estate market.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that promote our properties and brand.
  • Analyze social media metrics to assess engagement and identify areas for improvement.
  • Report on social media performance and user feedback to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices, particularly within the real estate industry.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in social media management or moderation, preferably in real estate or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and reporting.
  • A passion for real estate and understanding of the market dynamics.
