Community Specialist will be responsible for managing our online communities and ensuring a positive and respectful environment across our social media platforms. Your role will involve monitoring interactions, responding to inquiries, and promoting our real estate listings and services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) for comments, messages, and posts related to our brand.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, comments, and reviews, ensuring a positive user experience.
- Engage with followers and encourage conversation about our listings, services, and the real estate market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that promote our properties and brand.
- Analyze social media metrics to assess engagement and identify areas for improvement.
- Report on social media performance and user feedback to inform future marketing strategies.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices, particularly within the real estate industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in social media management or moderation, preferably in real estate or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and reporting.
- A passion for real estate and understanding of the market dynamics.
