About the Company: Froneri Ice Cream Egypt seeking a candidate with experience in managing a sales force, particularly one who understands the dynamics of HORECA (Hotels, Cafes and restaurants) and Modern trade customers. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be willing to be living in Sharm El Sheikh and must possess a valid driver’s license and a car, as this is essential for the role.
About the Role: The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and ensuring that sales targets are met while maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies: create and execute plans to achieve sales targets within their assigned area.
- Setting sales targets: establish specific, measurable goals for their team and individual sales representatives.
- Market analysis: analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Forecasting: future sales performance based on market data and sales trends.
Team Management and Development:
- Leading and motivating sales teams: guide, coach, and motivate their sales representatives to achieve targets.
- Performance management: monitor sales team performance, provide feedback, and address any performance issues.
Client Relationship Management:
- Building relationships with key clients HORECA & Modern Trade: maintain strong relationships with important customers and distributors.
- Customer service: address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operational and Administrative Tasks:
- Sales reporting: prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics.
- Compliance: ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales.
- Must Have a Car.
- Preferably FMCG background.
Required Skills: Experience in managing a sales force, understanding of HORECA and Modern trade customers.
