Role Description – Business Partner (Equity & Co-Owner)

We are seeking a committed Business Partner to join as a co-owner in the rebuilding and relaunch of Blue Artspace. This is not a traditional employment role — it is a partnership opportunity for someone ready to invest financially, strategically, and creatively in shaping the future of Blue.

The Business Partner will:
- Contribute financially to the rebuilding and growth of Blue Artspace, securing shared ownership.
- Collaborate on long-term strategy, business development, and operational systems.
- Drive sustainable revenue models while preserving the artistic and cultural mission.
- Support project management, marketing, and community engagement initiatives.
- Share responsibility for decision-making, risk, and reward as a co-founder.


Qualifications

- Entrepreneurial mindset with proven business or investment experience.
- Strong financial acumen and willingness to commit capital.
- Strategic planning and project management skills.
- Ability to balance business growth with cultural and artistic values.
