Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Leader, located in 6th of October. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, setting sales targets, and developing sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing team performance, providing coaching and training to sales representatives, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, the Sales Team Leader will analyze sales data, prepare reports, and collaborate with other departments to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
