The International Presales Enablement (IPSE) plays a key role in providing solution design & validation support to presales & consulting teams across the regions and territories within International Zone and is looking after Global Presales Practice for all International Presales professionals.
The Customer Solutions Design Support (CSDS) team is positioned within IPSE to enable presales offer technically and commercially competitive solutions. The CSDS brings technical expertise mapped to the Orange Business SVPs and portfolio of services.
IPSE mission is to bring simplicity and create value in a complex world of our customers, our partners, our customer account teams and Orange Business.
As part of the CSDS team you will leverage your skills, experience and insights; being part of SVP or expertise squads, to guide and support presales developing winning solutions. You should possess a strong set of technical skills in relevant domain to ensure solutions feasibility, have a strong understanding of commercials to embrace competitive pricing, with a proven experience in stakeholder management to acquire the needed approvals. You will promote replicability and autonomy via the continuous creation of replicable components based on validations and delivery experiences.

The role of the AIOps Presales Design Support Architect is crucial to support the presales via;
- Co-development of solution strategy,
- Providing insights on product roadmaps and capabilities,
- Offering guidance to replicate previously validated solutions,
- Leading validations and obtaining approvals for new solutions,
- Ensuring offered managed and integrated solutions are “Secure By Design”,
- Guaranteeing optimized and competitive pricing.
The AIOps Presales Design Support Architect being an integral part of the IPSE will interlock with Global Marketing, GDO, CDIO and International teams with a clear objective of streamlining the bid process, accelerate presales autonomy, simplify presales solution development and validation, and increase our win ratio. The team will continuously develop their skills in strategic domains as well as technical skills for the future to drive value to our customers. That’s why the 3 main strategy pillars for IPSE are based on:
- Replicability through Capitalization: facilitate replicability using capitalization to optimize what has been already sold. Identify reusable solutions and ensure capitalization of repetitive proposed solutions to expand presales autonomy and support Product Management. More specifically, provide Brick and others documentation to accelerate sales autonomy
- Improving Velocity of our solution design & validation, facilitate the Go to Market for more sales autonomy through early engagement by participating to qualification phase,
- Bring add value expertise to the SVP, being aligned with the SVP strategy to support SVP and Innovative support integration.
