The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for call center roles, ensuring timely and high-quality hires. This role involves sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing recruitment campaigns to meet staffing needs for large-scale call center operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment
  • Post job ads, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage offers.
  • Ensure all roles are filled within set timelines and headcount targets.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges.
  • Sourcing & Talent Pool Management
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pool to meet ongoing call center hiring demands.
  • Candidate Experience
  • Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all applicants.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the process.
  • Represent the company brand and values at all touchpoints.
  • Process & Compliance
  • Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to manage pipelines and track hiring activities.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4–6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years of high-volume call center hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools
  • Experience in multinational or BPO/contact center environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
