The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for call center roles, ensuring timely and high-quality hires. This role involves sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing recruitment campaigns to meet staffing needs for large-scale call center operations.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment
- Post job ads, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage offers.
- Ensure all roles are filled within set timelines and headcount targets.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Sourcing & Talent Pool Management
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool to meet ongoing call center hiring demands.
- Candidate Experience
- Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all applicants.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the process.
- Represent the company brand and values at all touchpoints.
- Process & Compliance
- Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to manage pipelines and track hiring activities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4–6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years of high-volume call center hiring.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools
- Experience in multinational or BPO/contact center environments.
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
