We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Travel Consultant to join our team and help bring dream journeys to life.

Position Overview

As a Travel Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—guiding them from inquiry to adventure. You’ll manage reservations, issue tickets, provide support, and help shape unforgettable experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Understand client preferences and provide customized travel and flight options
• Handle bookings, reservations, and ticket issuance efficiently
• Respond to customer inquiries across social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Build long-lasting relationships through exceptional communication and support
• Stay updated on global travel trends and seasonal deals
• Assist with itinerary changes and post-booking services
• Create a seamless and satisfying experience from start to finish

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years of experience in travel consulting (domestic & international markets)
• Proficiency in Arabic & English (written and spoken)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong customer engagement and sales skills
• Passion for travel and commitment to delivering top-tier service
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Familiarity with popular destinations and itineraries is a plus
