🌍 We’re Hiring: Inbound Tour Operator (Full-Time) – Al Haram, Giza, Egypt

Egypt Top Light Travel is seeking a talented and experienced Inbound Tour Operator to join our dynamic team! If you’re passionate about travel, highly organized, and have a knack for creating exceptional travel experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate inbound travel programs (B2B & B2C) for individuals and groups.
• Handle tailor-made travel requests and design personalized itineraries to meet client preferences.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email to understand and fulfill travel needs.
• Prepare detailed travel proposals, quotations, and itineraries.
• Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers, including hotels, Nile cruises, and ground service providers.
• Arrange and confirm bookings for domestic flights, trains, transfers, accommodations, excursions, and activities.
• Issue service vouchers and all related travel documentation.
• Generate commercial invoices in line with accounting procedures.
• Manage client queries and complaints, ensuring quick resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in inbound tourism, with solid exposure to B2B and B2C operations.
• Fluency in English is essential (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, client-focused approach.
• Self-driven, independent, and able to take initiative.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred, but optional.
• Immediate availability is a strong advantage.
