The Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead our commercial strategy and drive growth across sales, marketing, exports, retail, projects, and exhibitions. This is a senior leadership that lead and manage department heads across role with significant impact on our expansion and profitability.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute commercial strategies for local & international markets
• Lead sales forecasting, pricing, and market expansion initiatives
• Strengthen brand identity through marketing & exhibitions
• Manage and inspire high-performing teams
• Build strong client, distributor, and government relationships

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)

- 15+ years in senior commercial leadership, ideally in manufacturing

- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Fluent in English (written & spoken)

- Proven record of achieving ambitious sales targets
