We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Sales Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on optimizing sales performance across departments, improving agent productivity, reducing costs, and driving revenue growth. As a Sales Analyst, you will analyze sales data, develop actionable insights, and collaborate with leadership to implement strategies that maximize performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze large data sets from outbound sales operations (OMC, LGS , Management , QA ) to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Present insights and actionable recommendations to leadership, helping drive sales growth and efficiency.
Performance Optimization
- Identify areas to increase agent productivity and lower costs by analyzing call metrics, conversion rates, and revenue trends.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales scripts, objection handling, and call processes, offering insights for improvement.
- Monitor team performance to uncover gaps in agent performance and implement strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to set realistic goals, track progress, and ensure team targets are met.
- Evaluate ,calls , leads , Customers , Profiles , Systems , Costs , Roadblocks , Agents ,Training to improve productivity
Process Improvement and Strategy
- Conduct root cause analysis on underperforming areas within the sales funnel to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
- Partner with training teams to optimize coaching programs, refine call scripts, and implement performance-boosting strategies.
- Leverage AI tools, dialer systems, and automation to streamline workflows and improve campaign efficiency.
- Develop innovative approaches to reduce CAC and improve LTV per agent across departments.
System and Tool Evaluation
- Assess the performance of sales tools, systems, and automation platforms, ensuring their effectiveness in supporting the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Sales Management, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role within a call center or outbound sales environment.
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs, revenue metrics, and sales funnel performance.
- Experience with call center dialer metrics, conversion analysis, and cost optimization.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
