We’re Hiring – Motion Graphic Designer

Madd is looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life, move pixels with purpose, and create content that doesn’t just look good—it moves people.

What you’ll do:

• Design and animate creative videos for digital platforms.

• Transform static posts into engaging motion assets.

• Conceptualize and execute fresh visual ideas that fit each brand.

• Edit videos with precision and creativity.

• Solve problems quickly and creatively—because challenges happen, and you know how to handle them.

• Collaborate with the creative team to deliver complete campaign stories.

What you must have:

• Strong skills in motion graphics and video editing.

• A solid portfolio showcasing your creativity and technical execution.

• Proven experience producing content for social media.

• Mastery of After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent software.

• 2–4 years of professional experience (agency or commercial projects preferred).

• A creative eye, problem-solving mindset, and ability to execute at a high level.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, online setup.

• A passion for AI tools—knowing how to use them creatively, learn from them, and push boundaries to generate fresh ideas.
