Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of digital banking solutions for a multinational financial institution. This role focuses on Core Banking transformation, ensuring business-aligned system architecture and seamless collaboration across product, engineering, and governance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable and secure digital banking solutions, producing both High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including product owners, business analysts, engineers, and governance boards to align technical architecture with business goals.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
• Lead system design efforts with a focus on modularity, performance, and maintainability across mobile and backend platforms.
• Provide technical onboarding and guidance to software engineers, ensuring consistent implementation of architectural standards.
• Support development teams with architectural oversight, troubleshooting, and solution validation throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Create and maintain architectural artifacts such as Sequence Diagrams, C4 models, and system documentation.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture principles, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Solution Architecture within the Core Banking and Digital Banking domains.
• Strong understanding of system design, software architecture, and technology integration in financial services.
• Proficiency in creating and interpreting HLD, LLD, Sequence Diagrams, and C4 models.
• Hands-on experience with mobile and backend systems, including API design and service orchestration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide engineering teams through architectural decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with banking platforms such as Temenos or similar.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery models and DevOps practices.
