Responsibilities

• Perform Risk Assessment and hazard mitigation planning.
• Incident investigation and corrective action implementation.
• Conducting safety audits, compliance inspections, and regulatory reporting.
• Review Safety Procedures as submitted by the Contractors.
• Review Inspection Test Plans as submitted by the Contractors and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Review Contractor’s safety records and documents to ensure major construction equipment is maintained regularly.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental health and safety, Occupational Safety, or any relevant field
• Valid certifications such as OSHA and NEBOSH
• Excellent command of English Language is a must.
• 5 to 10 years of proven HSE experience, ideally within construction or other high-risk industries
• Strong background in Construction safety protocols and field-based safety enforcement
• Railway/Metro experience is a plus.
• Highly organized and efficient in managing multiple safety initiatives
• Team-oriented with the ability to work autonomously when needed
• Well-versed in national and international HSE standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA)
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
