MedNet Egypt is one of the leading managed care service organizations that cater to healthcare needs. We are looking for a skilled Officer - Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of assigned clients (policyholders). Developing strong relationships with clients and connecting with stakeholders and PICs. Account Managers also answer client queries and resolve them in a timely manner to maintain our SLAs.

Your Job

• Conduct an orientation meeting from the inception of the policy which includes an introduction on MedNet Egypt and how to use the medical card with a detailed explanation of the TOB, after liaising with the client’s concerned HR personnel.
• Conduct regular meetings with the clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Policy performance meetings to discuss utilization, any incidents that may affect the loss ratio, and any areas of concern raised by the clients.
• Renewal meetings in correlation with the commercial team 2 months ahead of the policy renewal date to ensure policy renewal.
• Carrying out client satisfaction surveys on a sample of our clients every 3 months as a method of obtaining continuous feedback.
• Escalate any concerns to the direct superior.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant field.
• Account management experience
• Good command of English (read, write, emails, communication)
• High communication skills at different levels
