Job Overview

professionals with expertise in marketing for IT solutions who can help us establish a reputable brand and generate effective leads. We are looking for a qualified Senior Marketing Executive to lead and implement our comprehensive marketing strategy for our ERP and Software Solutions, thereby making a significant impact on our objectives.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and promote our brand identity for ERP solutions, establishing us as a trusted market partner.
  • SEO: Develop and implement SEO strategies to maximize search visibility and organic traffic.
  • Content Marketing: Build and manage a robust content plan — including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership — to fuel SEO and lead generation.
  • Lead Generation: Design and run creative multi-channel campaigns that attract, nurture, and convert qualified leads for our sales team.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, fostering engagement and building a loyal community.
  • Media Buying: Plan, negotiate, and execute media buys (PPC, digital ads, sponsorships) to expand reach and maximize ROI.
  • Events & Webinars: Plan and host webinars, virtual sessions, and industry events to engage prospects and position us as thought leaders.
  • Partner & Channel Marketing: Collaborate with technology partners (e.g., SAP) on joint marketing campaigns, leveraging available co-marketing funds.
  • Marketing Automation & CRM: Build and manage lead nurturing workflows, ensuring strong alignment with sales and visibility across the funnel.
  • PR & Thought Leadership: Develop PR strategies, craft press releases, and secure media coverage. Build thought leadership content that positions Muller Solutions as an expert in ERP, outsourcing, and digital transformation.
  • Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on all marketing activities to ensure continuous improvement and clear ROI.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing within the IT industry — ideally ERP (e.g., SAP, Microsoft, and Oracle), their partners, or outsourcing & managed services.
  • Deep understanding of branding and positioning for complex tech solutions.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, lead generation, content marketing, and paid media campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management and marketing automation tools.
  • Skilled in planning and hosting webinars or industry events.
  • Experience in PR campaigns and building thought leadership.
  • Data-driven, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Excellent writing skills, understanding of SEO factors
  • Basic design and video editing skills (working in Canva, Lumen5 & similar applications would be a plus)


Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and copywriting skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within a similar industry
