We’re looking for a results-driven Telesales Manager for
to lead a high-performing team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs).
In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales excellence, optimizing performance,
enhancing customer success, and supporting our full portfolio of products and solutions
though inbound Chats. You’ll collaborate across functions and regions to shape
strategy, drive revenue, and deliver world-class customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of Inside Sales Representatives handling Chats for
acquisition, creating a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to improve team capabilities and
individual performance.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals and
market opportunities.
Manage sales forecasting and pipeline development to ensure accuracy and
growth.
Drive operational excellence through process improvement, performance
metrics, and regular business reviews.
Work closely with Order Support, Marketing, and Product Teams to ensure
cohesive solutions.
Support team members in real-time to progress leads, close deals, and exceed
customer expectations.
Analyze sales performance and use data-driven insights to inform coaching and
strategic decisions.
Champion customer satisfaction by implementing feedback loops and continuous
improvement initiatives.
Promote a culture of open communication, ownership, and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in sales / inside sales, with a strong track record of driving
revenue and exceeding targets.
Background in IT hardware, infrastructure, or PC industry is highly desirable.
Good analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize
performance.
Entrepreneurial spirit and customer-centric mindset, with a drive to go beyond
expectations.
Demonstrated success in growing sales quarter over quarter.
