Job Description – Social Media Marketing Specialist
Location: OHI – Higher Institute for Administrative Sciences, Oseem
Reports to: PR Director (Ms. Rasha)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, student engagement, and community growth.
- Manage and oversee all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Plan, create, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (posts, videos, stories, reels).
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
- Engage with online audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote events, academic programs, and career-related activities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creativity, copywriting skills (Arabic & English), and storytelling abilities.
- Knowledge of design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
