Job Description

• Prepare and develop shop drawings for all project disciplines using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate with design, site, and procurement teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of drawings.
• Conduct quantity surveying and prepare accurate BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
• Prepare and review progress invoices and interim payment certificates.
• Assist in cost estimation and project budgeting.
• Review project specifications and ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Follow up with site teams to track progress and collect data for variations and as-built drawings.
• Prepare and maintain technical office documentation and records.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for approvals and clarifications.

 

 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong knowledge in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation.
• Experience in preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Good understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
