Job Description

• Supervise daily site activities related to finishing works.
• Ensure all executions align with approved drawings, BOQ, and established finishing standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Conduct quality checks and snagging to uphold top-tier standards.
• Monitor material usage and ensure timely supply with minimal waste.
• Address on-site technical issues and deviations in coordination with the direct manager.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports.
• Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness protocols on-site.
• Actively participate in site meetings with management and the CEO
