Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the strategy for direct real estate development sales, including short- and long-term plans, annual budgets, and monitor execution to ensure achievement of targeted results.
  • Establish all policies and systems related to the department and present them to the direct manager for approval.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to implement client-related marketing activities in order to achieve the targeted market share.
  • Develop methodologies to measure the department’s performance and ensure the implementation of projects and improvement initiatives to achieve continuous development, sales growth, and increased profitability.
  • Adopt all digital transformation projects within the department to achieve maximum efficiency, effectiveness, and responsiveness to client needs, ensuring competitive advantages.
  • Participate in preparing annual, quarterly, and monthly sales forecasts with the marketing department and relevant stakeholders to ensure sales and marketing targets are met.
  • Monitor and analyze all market variables and competition, as well as government directions in projects, and set the necessary plans to adapt to these changes to achieve optimal company results.
  • Build long-term relationships with both current and potential clients to increase loyalty and achieve the targeted market share.
  • Maintain direct communication with key clients, review their feedback, and take the necessary actions for improvement.
  • Review sales results to ensure alignment with targeted sales sectors in order to achieve the company’s strategic direction.
  • Participate in exhibitions and conferences in coordination with the marketing department to build strategic relationships with clients and stay updated on new market trends.
  • Follow up on the collection process from clients and provide the required support to fulfill the monthly collection plan.
  • Supervise the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales plans for targeted products and systems, while building strong client relationships.
  • Ensure compliance of all employees in the department with health and safety regulations to protect staff and company assets.
  • Evaluate, develop, motivate, and lead the sales team to ensure the achievement of planned objectives.
  • Submit regular performance reports on the department’s results to relevant stakeholders to support the decision-making process.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Engineering is preferred. MBA is a preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in manufacturing industries.
  • Strong experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors (paints, cement, ceramics & sanitary ware).
