We're seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team as a Sourcing Specialist. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and qualifying top talent for various job openings. Your primary focus will be on finding the best candidates through online platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, and other job boards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify top talent through online platforms, job boards, and social media
• Review resumes and profiles to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications
• Qualify candidates through initial phone or video screenings
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences
• Meet or exceed monthly sourcing targets and goals
  

Requirements:

• 0-1 year of experience in recruitment sourcing or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and qualifying top talent
• Strong knowledge of online recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn and Upwork
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
