Responsibilities:

• Understand the client requests and guides them to the best option.
• Determine the markup on the sale.
• Decide on giving discounts for the clients.
• Responsible for presale and after sale follow up with the clients about the service provided.
• Design various packages from the company products (flights and hotels).
• Conduct cross selling activities additional products like travel care service, vacation planner service.
• Maintain leads and develop long term relations with clients.

Our requirements:

• Fluent English Speakers
• Communication Skills
• Customer Orientation .
• Advanced level of PC knowledge.
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-3 years of call center experience.
• Flexibility to work for night and overnights fixed shifts , last shift starts from 11:30 PM till 8:30 AM
